Il birrificio Ventoforte nasce nel 2013 e da allora produce principalmente West Coast IPA e Pale Ale insieme ad altri stili.
Il tutto senza la necessità di rimanere fedele ad una linea ma giocando con i luppoli e sperimentando sempre.
Il birraio, Andrea, si forma come homebrewer, iniziando a produrre birre ispirate allo stile statunitense nella casa dove vive, di fronte al mare.
